The Section perform the following activities: -
- Formulate and implement human resources development plans;
- Manage staff recruitments and deployment;
- Administer payroll and human resource information system;
- Supervise staff performance appraisal process and make follow-up on implementation of appraisal results;
- Prepare Annual Personnel Emolument Estimates;
- Prepare and review Staff Rules and Regulations, Policies, Scheme of Service and Salary Structure;
- Manage terminal and other staff benefits;
- Develop, review and coordinate implementation of Succession Plan;
- Coordinate and implement diversity issues at the workplace;
- Manage industrial relation and disciplinary matters;
- Coordinate Workers’ Council Meetings;
- Coordinate administrative matters of the Authority;
- Manage properties of the Authority;
- Prepare and review administrative Policies, procedures and guidelines;
- Manage registry services;
- Manage employees’ welfare matters (compensations, health, safety, funerals); and
- Facilitate provision of security, office cleanliness, ground maintenance, transport and general utilities.
