This Section perform the following activities: -

• Coordinate preparation, formulation and review of the Business plan and Medium Term Strategic plan;
• Provide technical support on institutionalization of Strategic Planning and Budgeting process;
• Monitor implementation of Business Plans, budgets and Medium Term Strategic Plans;
• Coordinate implementation of Authority’s risk Management Framework;
• Coordinate performance contracting;
• Provide technical support on institutionalization of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) process within the Authority; and
• Prepare overall periodic performance reports
